You’ve seen countless chiropractors all offering the same, or similar treatment solutions. We completely understand the frustration. That’s why we make it easy for you to give us a try. After all, our protocol and treatments are very different from the average chiropractor. Because of this, we want you to give us a try at little to no risk to you!

Contact Cobb Rehab & Wellness Today!

Our clinic address is 4205 E. Busch Blvd, Tampa, FL 33617.  We are conveniently located 2 miles south of University of South Florida and walking distance to Busch Gardens.  We serve many patients from Temple Terrace, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, USF, Brandon and the surrounding communities.  We have patients that come as far as Orlando, Sarasota and even North Florida to treat at Cobb Rehab & Wellness.

You can contact us at 813-914-8500 and for convenience by email at Cobbrehaboffice@gmail.com. Our fax number is 813-914-8511. We are currently accepting new patients and will work hard to accommodate your scheduling needs.

What can we expect on our first visit at Cobb Rehab Wellness?

A very important tool in assisting you with your best recovery is communication.  Dr. Cobb and our therapists always emphasize the importance of open communication when it comes to treatment. During your first visit, all New Patient paperwork is thoroughly reviewed to take into consideration medical history to include current and previous injuries, surgeries, medication, pain level, cause of injury, etc.  Therefore it is extremely important that you take the time to carefully complete your New Patient paperwork. We ask all patients prior to their scheduled appointment to download New Patient paperwork from our Patient Center tab or we will be more than happy to email the necessary forms.  If you are unable to do this, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid delays or rushing you through  your examination and treatment.  To prepare for your visit, please come in (or bring with you) comfortable clothing such as yoga or athletic pants/shorts and a loose fitting shirt or sports bra for women.  We provide a gown, however, many patients feel more comfortable in their own clothes.  A thorough examination will be performed and a clear explanation of the recommended treatment.  During treatment you will have dedicated one on one time with Dr. Cobb or one of our therapists.  The following day after your treatment, all patients receive a follow up call so we can get feedback from you and answer any questions you may have.  For many patients, they will feel relief from the first visit depending on the severity of your injury/pain.  Sometimes it can take up to 3-5 visits to feel relief.   We will NEVER pressure our patients to commit to any long term care.  If after 3-5 visits and you are in the same position as you were during your initial visit and you’re not feeling any relief, further evaluation,  a specialist referral or other testing may be recommended. If you have been suffering with pain for many years, it may take longer to feel results. Every patient and injury responds differently to treatment.

Contacting us can be as easy and seamless as you choose. At Cobb Rehab Wellness, we go above and beyond to make your first patient experience is absolutely incredible. We want to make sure to provide you with actual solutions. One of the reasons you go to a chiropractor is because you are looking for a solution to the problem. You are not looking for a mask to the symptom. Or a temporary bandage. You’re looking for a solution. You are looking for healing. That is what we provide to our first time patients, each and every time.
